Chicken Cordon Bleu with Sauce Recipe By Food Fusion

Cordon Bleu Recipe in English

Ingredients:
– Chicken breast 2
– Salt 2-3 tsp or to taste
– Fresh ground Black Pepper 2 tsp
– Egg 2 beaten with 2 tbsp of cold water
– Bread Crumbs 1 cup or as required
– Flour 1 cup and season with salt and black pepper with ½ tsp each
– Mozzarella Cheese shredded 1/3 cup
– Bologna Slices Or Turkey Breast Slices 4-6
– Oil for shallow Fry

Directions:
– Cut the breasts from middle and flatten them using plastic wrap. Make sure it shouldn’t be flatten too much which break the tissues.
– Season the pieces of chicken both sides with salt and pepper
– Place the salami/turkey breast with mozzarella and roll up. You can use tooth pick to seal the edges. Repeat the process for all pieces. And refrigerate for 30 mins.
– Dust in flour then egg wash coat with Bread crumbs and again refrigerate for 45-60 mins.
– Fry on medium heat till outer layer changes the colour.
– Lastly bake for 15-20 mins in preheated oven @ 180 C
– Ready to eat with sauce

Sauce:
– Onion finely chopped 1 small
– Garlic cloves 2-3 finely chopped
– Flour 2 tbsp
– Oil 1 Tsp
– Butter 1 tbsp
– Water 1 cup
– Fresh Coriander 3 tbsp
– Cream ½ cup
– Salt and black pepper to season to taste
Directions:
– Add oil and butter in a pan. Now add onions and garlic and fry till translucent.
– Add flour and mix.
– While adding water keep whisking.
– Add cream and cook till it thickens.
– Add salt and pepper according to taste.
– Add coriander and give last mix.

Cordon Bleu recipe in Urdu
Ingredients:
– Chicken breast 2
– Namak 2-3 tsp or to taste
– Fresh Kuti Kali Mirch 2 tsp
– Anday 2 beaten with 2 tbsp thanda pani
– Bread Crumbs 1 cup or as required
– Maida 1 cup and season with salt and black pepper with ½ tsp each
– Mozzarella Cheese shredded 1/3 cup
– Bologna Slices Or Turkey Breast Slices 4-6
– Tel for shallow Fry
Directions:
– Cut the breasts from middle and flatten them using plastic wrap. Make sure it shouldn’t be flatten too much which break the tissues.
– Breast pieces for beech main half cut karein. Plastic ki madad se achi tarah pound karlein. Dehan rahein zada pound na ho warna chicken phat jayeji aur wrap nahi banega.
– Ab inko namak aur kali mirch se season karlein.
– Salami/Turkey breast aur cheese darmayan main rakhein aur plastic ki madad se wrap karte jayen. Sab ke rolls/wraps bana lein aur fridge main 30 mins ke liye rakh dein.
– Iske baad maida main dust karein phir egg wash karein aur akhir main crumbs se coat karein and mazeed 45-60 mins ke liye fridge main rakh dein.
– Medium heat pe shallow fry karein.
– Jab hur taraf se rang badal jayen to preheated oven @ 180 C main 15-20 min ke liye bake karlein.
– Sauce ke saath serve karein.

Sauce:
– Piyaz finely chopped 1 small
– Lehsun cloves 2-3 finely chopped
– Maida 2 tbsp
– Tel 1 tsp
– Makhan 1 tbsp
– Pani 1 cup
– Taza Dhania 3 tbsp
– Cream ½ cup
– Salt and black pepper to season to taste
Directions:
– Pan main oil aur makhan shamil karein. Is main piyaz aur lehsun shamil karein aur rang badalne tak fry karein.
– Is main maida shamil karein aur mix karein.
– Pani shamil karet waqt whisk karte rahein.
– Cream shamil karein aur gaarha hine tak pakne dein.
– Hasb e zarurat namak aur kali mirch shamil karein.
– Akhir main taza dhania shamil karein aur mix karein.
